I have been in the aviation industry for just over 20 years as a jet engine mechanic and flight engineer with 1500 flight hours with the US Air Force and 3 plus years as an operations coach within the supply chain/ distribution field and now I'm currently a unit training manager with Doss Aviation. After retiring from active duty I wanted to try a different career path, so I got into supply chain management/ distribution. While both careers can have challenging aspects, they all have one thing in common. The people. I love working with people and bringing out the best in them. To be honest, I love both career paths because the opportunities are both endless and rewarding.
