Utilize the gathered insights to offer recommendations to leadership, enabling informed decision-making and risk assessment. Responsible for supervising Data Systems, Quality Assurance, and Data Processing activities within the IDD Division.Data Systems:- Monitor and maintain the production reporting structure, encompassing weekly/monthly production metrics using EPIC.- Ensure accurate billing and revenue release by monitoring the billing process and implementing data error detection/resolution measures.- Collaborate with Revenue Management to guarantee the precise monthly billing and receipt of revenues totaling $8+ million annually.- Perform data analysis and monitoring of State performance targets and encounter reporting to the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) data warehouse, utilizing SAP Business Objects.- Manage a team of Superusers providing hardware/software technical support to the department.Collaborate with divisional directors and other leadership members to deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures for reporting systems.- Act as the divisional lead, working in conjunction with the IT department on electronic medical record upgrades and enhancements using EPIC.Quality Assurance:Lead a team of auditors in conducting monthly audits to ensure data compliance with Targeted Case Management Billing Guidelines and HHSC documentation requirements.- Ensure accurate data collection, comprehensive analytics, and professional presentation of Performance Improvement metrics including monthly consumer satisfaction surveys.Data Processing:- Lead a team of clerical staff in efficiently transmitting documents to over 6,000 external recipients.- Ensure strict adherence to high-level practices for maintaining the confidentiality and security of health information.
