Responsible for the work team and an annual expenditure of 42 MUSD with annual savings of 1.2 MUSD in the Opex expenditure.o Mitigated legal risks in the contracting services through modifications of the procurement process; I implemented a matrix regarding to Kraljic model, key KPIs, processes improvements which allowed the update of contracts in execution and shorter times in the process of procurement and new high impact contracts to the business in Colombia and Venezuela.o Executed the service negotiation plan for 2015 aligned with the organization's budget, as well as renegotiations projects for all high-impact categories due to global budget cuts as a result of abrupt changes in the steel prices and oversupply of low-cost Asian construction products in South America.
