SunWize started in 1994 in Kingston, NY. Through the 1990s, SunWize developed solar power technologies and manufactured off-grid power systems. In the late 1990s, at with the advent of grid connected solar in the United States, the SunWize leadership team grew SunWize into one of the largest tier 1 distributors of solar power equipment in the United States. During this period SunWize continued building off-grid power systems and added business segments in residential, commercial, and utility solar system sales and construction; and residential and commercial solar system finance. I held positions in all 4 company divisions as Director of Government Sales. I was at SunWize Technologies from 2000 until 2010.In 2016 I re-joined, as one of the owners, SunWize Power & Battery, LLC to focus on the off-grid remote autonomous power systems business, the foundation upon which the SunWize brand was built starting in 1994. SunWize Power & Battery manufactures and distributes autonomous power parts and systems.
