I started my career as a case manager and occupational therapist with Northern Case Management (NCM) in 2008. I was mentored by Carol Collins, honorary fellow and chair of BABICM (2013 – 2016). In 2011, I achieved advanced membership of BABICM and became part of the senior management team at NCM. In 2017, I joined the Major Trauma Signposting Partnership (MTSP) with Cardinal Management. I helped establish the MTSP service across Manchester Royal Infirmary, Manchester Children’s Hospital and Wythenshawe Hospital. I have also worked as an advanced occupational therapist with Rehabilitation for Independence from 2017 – 2019.
