Having spent the majority of my career in hospitality, I have grown to recognise that providing a high standard of customer care is paramount to an overall customer experience. I have been able to use this customer-focussed approach into my current role as a Development Manager to build strong and lasting relationships with my clients.Although I did not have a background in sales, I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to work for Monster Energy in 2017 and used this platform to gain experience and acquire a wide range of new skills and abilities. Over the past two years, I have been regularly demonstrating my capability, highlighted by finishing 2019 with the highest distribution in the UK.
