I am passionate about delivering high-quality service to our customers and ensuring long-term company success.As a Transportation manager , I oversee the daily operations of a fleet of 50+ trucks and drivers, non union and union ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety. I also collaborate with other departments and divisions to support sales, inventory, and distribution goals. I have contributed to increasing customer satisfaction, reducing costs, improving retention, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for our region.
