Because of this, my mental health has been affected. My position within DigiCommerce included assisting with several tasks including website content creation, digital marketing, search engine optimisation and customer services. Key Responsibilities:● Responding to customer enquiries via the company’s internal client management system.● Working with the in-house graphic designer to create digital products to fulfil client’s requirements.● Assisting the company director with daily tasks throughout the company’s group of companies. ● Creating social media campaigns to build brand awareness.

I was the proud Owner and Founder of David Lunt Marketing - a Social Media Marketing Agency that provided clients with Social Media Marketing services ranging from Social Media Management, to Running Paid Advertising Campaigns. Unfortunately, due to the instability of clients and not having the complete knowledge and experience of running my own agency, I ceased with this and decided to gain a wider variety of knowledge and understanding within an established marketing company.

UKCarline LTD is a car leasing company providing individuals with personal and business car leasing. My position within UKCarline included assisting other members of the marketing team in tasks such as social media marketing, email marketing, HTML and CSS programming and working with KPI’s and ensuring these were relayed to the sales team in a fast and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:● Creating quizzes and questionnaires for the company’s social media platforms to increase engagement and click-through rates.● Basic level photo editing and manipulation with tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.● Assisting the marketing manager in creating social media posts and tracking the analytics of each to ensure engagement and click-through rates were consistent.● Creating and curating Mailchimp email campaigns to be sent for approval by the marketing manager before being sent to thousands of customers.

I worked at The Barn on weekends to gain social skills whilst saving up some money during my high school time.Key Responsibilities:● Taking customers orders using an EPOS Till System.● Handling cash and chip and pin payments safely and securely.● Completing the orders in the café, e.g. making a range of coffees, serving tea cakes, scones, etc.Working in the restaurant alongside the kitchen staff and ensuring all orders were taken to the correct tables quickly and efficiently.● Completing end of day cleanup (stocktaking, cleaning all work surfaces and floors, cashing up and completing the end of day sales report).

I worked as a warehouse operative when I finished school and started my apprenticeship as a part-time job to gain more social skills whilst saving up some money.Key Responsibilities:● Picking parcels from the various shelves in the warehouse using handheld scanners.● Unloading daily deliveries onto the parcel cages and moving them to the relevant departments. ● Placing parcels that have been security checked back onto the relevant shelves using the handheld scanners.● Loading the delivery vans at the end of the day with all of the outgoing parcels.● Ensuring daily deadlines are met and, if needed, staying after my contracted hours to ensure all tasks have been completed.
