I currently manage the maintenance, cleaning, washroom hygiene and waste disposal contracts, and also security, compliance and health and safety within two buildings; one based in Rochdale and one in Barrow. Travelling around the M62 corridor compiling quotes and carrying out emergency repairs and planned maintenance to retail properties. Ensuring works carried out within budget (varied between £50 - £10K).
