I am responsible for the architecture, ongoing development, and management of Automation for all aspects of Service Delivery with a strong emphasis on CICD, DevOps, and Lean/Agile methodologies. Using both process and technology to ensure Quality and Consistency through all aspects of the customer Lifecycle. - Development and Implementation of Delivery/Operations model across several Business Units and Offerings - Configuration Management and Deployment of Business Critical SAP systems and Databases - Architecture of migration strategies and tooling to support On-Prem and multi-cloud IaaS landscapes across several vendors and regions - Product Management and Development of process and tooling for the modular delivery of monitoring, backup/recovery, and security services

I am responsible for and oversee the technical delivery of all Global onboarding and migration projects to the Virtustream Platform. I have built the Professional Services Organization from the ground up to manage teams in North America, Europe, India, Japan, and Australia. A strong focus on process, efficiency, and automation drives the successful execution of migrating our customers' business critical workloads to the cloud. - Oversight of all migration projects of Business Critical workloads for 700+ Enterprise customers across 8 global regions and sectors - Architecture and implementation of solutions which exceed customer requirements and expectations that are sustainable in a multi-tenant cloud platform - Development of Automation toolsets and strategies to minimize customer impact and downtime during cutover - Interface directly with Sales, Customers, Delivery, and Steady State support resources to ensure a sustainable and supportable experience throughout the customer lifecycle - Provide hands-on technical expertise, architecture, and support for both Greenfield and Brownfield SAP solutions - Develop pricing and staffing solutions to provide the right balance of Customer and Business objectives

• Design and implementation of a new Datacenter for a major telecommunications company utilizing Red Hat and Solaris 10 servers virtualized with KVM and Sun LDoms/Zones respectively. • Several Datacenter migrations/consolidations of Solaris, Windows, and Linux servers virtualized using LDoms, Whole/Sparse root Zones, and VMware ESX while implementing P2V and V2V best practices. • Engineer and support for global 24/7 Citrix, VMware, and Sun VDI environments for several Fortune 500 companies. • Develop and support a Citrix XenApp infrastructure for a major area newspaper. • Provide technical expertise for Sales team while designing and implementing POC and Pilot programs of VMware, Citrix, Wyse, and Sun solutions. • Provide day-to-day staff augmentation and 24/7 support in Solaris and Red Hat Linux administration. • Support a Demonstration Lab of various Virtualization technologies including VMware ESX/Vsphere/View/Lab Manager, Citrix XenApp/XenServer, Sun Virtualbox, and Sun Secure Global Desktop, as well as Sun Ray and Wyse thin clients.
