David has a bachelor of Information Technology and has been working for the Dutch Ministry of Defence since 1990. After military training and technical education he worked for the Royal Netherlands Air force 2nd communication group. David has conducted multiple functions within NATO, all aimed at expanding and maintaining communication and information systems. David was honorably discharged and started working for MeesPierson for 3 years. In 2003 for the Admiralty of the Royal Netherlands Navy as senior engineer for new ship construction design 'De Zeven Provinciën' class and Landing Platform Dock 2.With decent knowledge of platform automation he then held for three years the position of business analyst and system designer Wireless Communication & Messaging System. David finalised his governmental career serving as project manager Deployed Communication Systems (DCS).Today David is a Deployed Domain Infomanager providing patented maritime safety services to the European Defence Organisation and related North Atlantic partners.
