My career has centered around building and leading creative and technical teams to develop content experiences that energize and engage users. I excel at inspiring productive teams of creative directors, writers, graphic designers, videographers, web and mobile developers, and animators. To do this I’ve learned you need to build a foundation of trust, curate experience, foster positive attitudes, provide room to fail, and source the tools to get the job done.My proudest work accomplishment is building a world-class creative and technical digital agency within IBM. I led its growth into a worldwide team of over 500 creative and technical professionals around the globe in the U.S., Bangalore, Dalian, Sao Paulo, and Bratislava. The synergies of this global digital agency resulted in driving brand excellence while achieving millions of cost savings per year from 2015 to 2019.
