My pursuit to understand how businesses work started in high school where I worked summers at a local business unloading shipping containers of ceiling fans from Taiwan. Initially my goal was to stay in shape for school sports and make some money. After my first summer, I started asking questions. I wanted to understand how a business owner could manage traveling to a foreign country and working with international teams to develop and sell products, all while still managing the day to day operations in the US. This is where my entrepreneurial spirit came to light!Through this journey, I learned as many roles and took on as many responsibilities as I could from supply chain to finance to product/business development. I was able to take the 15 years of valuable experiences to start my own company. I’ve successfully grown companies up to $100MM through strategic initiatives and mergers/acquisitions. I'm a process-driven leader. I like to analyze historical trends, as well as, strategically plan to grow the business. I enjoy implementing tools and systems to improve processes. I enjoy all things strategic in both my professional and personal life, from games and puzzles to sports.
