Responsible for the overall administration of the North Louisiana/North East Texas region to include: contract sales, franchise sales, sales training, operations, advertising/marketing, P&L’s, franchise relations and account retention.

Responsible for the overall administration of all operations and functions of the Table Games Department.Responsible for overall departmental regulatory compliance.Develop short and long-term goals and objectives for the department.Analyze table game performance, operating statistics, financial reports, and departmental budgets to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.Implement and monitor all department training and recognition programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Member of the Executive Committee developing property-wide initiatives and goals.

Direct the development of short and long-range objectives, policies, and operating plans for the property. Daily operation and administration for all casino departments.Responsible for overall property regulatory compliance.Direct all slot operations, to include analysis, purchasing, vendor relations and floor design. Continually research and evaluate various types of slot product to ensure maximum potential revenue and maintain competitive product offerings.

Responsible for the direct supervision of floor supervisors and dealers. Ensure all department procedures, gaming regulations and casino policies and procedures. Responsible for the operation of the casino department during a designated shift, including credit decisions, guest relations and assignment of duties for staff.
