Account Director
CurrentResponsible for leading clients' digital marketing programs, overseeing digital strategy and day-to-day delivery. This includes coordination across various internal stakeholders and client teams relevant to media, SEO, creative, development, analytics, etc. Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives. Ensure seamless execution across internal and external stakeholders.Digital Program Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel digital programs, including PPC, SEO, Website, Creative, Analytics, etc. Ensuring teams are utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve client specified KPIs.Account Leadership & Collaboration: Leads team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support in executing client strategies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.Client Satisfaction: Cultivate a strong relationship with key clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable digital strategies. Conduct regular account reviews, identifying opportunities for their growth and ensuring client satisfaction from day-to-day client teams as well as more senior client leaders.Program Evaluations: Develop and customize reporting and communication strategies to measure and report on digital marketing efforts ROI, considering the differing objectives of each client.Account Planning & Financial Oversight: Leads account planning process to align organic growth planning with client objectives by proactively identifying opportunities for growth or optimization.Knowledge & Industry Trends: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of DAC’s offerings - staying updated on industry trends (digital & client industries), sharing insights with relevant stakeholders internally & externally.
