Project manager building the Americano Restaurant at the Joule Hotel in downtown Dallas, TX. Manage this project from the office, handling the submittals, RFI's, change orders, schedules, proposals, bids, and managing the trades. Approximately 25% of the time is in the field, on site for coordination, site inspections, and meeting with various trades. Daily problem solving skills are used to diffuse construction challenges. Works closely with the owner reps to construct the restaurant with the utmost quality and attention to detail.

Over 70 individuals overseen over the various trades and suppliers. Highly organized with the scheduling and day to day progression of the projects. Daily problem solving skills were required to ensure the smooth completion of work on the jobs sites, and to diffuse issues as they came up.
