Working on the deployment of a replacement Enterprise Resource Planning business system I was responsible for leading the successful implementation across a multi-programme environment; together with the ERP and Planning Manager. Role included, planning, system testing and development, process mapping, reporting, interfacing and training. Key contributor for Engineering, Planning and Operations functions.

Within the Central Planning function I had a lead role in the development and management of business applications. Tasked with developing best practice and ensuring compliance from end user groups. Shaped new tool-set requirements to support business needs.
