- Served as the Forward Logistics Element (FLE) Noncommissioned Officer in charge of the 194th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion (CSSB) consisting of 30 Soldiers, 40 Korean Service Corps employees, and three Local National Employees.- Accountable for providing multi-functional support in the areas of maintenance, logistical supply support to all 8th Army (Field Army) Units, and United States Forces Korea (USFK) components in Area II of the Republic of Korea and rational Units, along with providing mortuary affairs support to 19 different countries.- Assisted and participated internal and external operations training including the following Theater wide training, Brigade and Battalion events: ULCHI Freedom Guardian 16, Courageous Channel 16, and Provider Fury II.- Helped posture the FLE to complete more than 2.5k work orders; by proper time management and personnel acquisitions.- Created security plan for the Area II Noncombatant Evacuation Operations (NEO) site which is the largest NEO site on the Korean peninsula.- Grasped inherent requirements of the Unit mission which allowed the Officer in charge to focus on his accountabilities.- Established clear line of communication with external support agencies which resulted in 500 Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) and Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) items turned in.- Seized every opportunity in incorporate the Unit into all training events ensuring that all FLE Soldiers were trained.- Mentorship and guidance led to four Soldiers being enrolled into college.- Increased the Units Fight Tonight readiness; by having 15 Soldiers go through drivers training, increasing Unit readiness.
