I am currently responsible for the Quality Assurance program from the front end to EOL. In additional I have full responsibility for our ISO 9001-2015/ QMS program, and have taken Lock-N-Stitch through two certification as the ISO Management Representative and ISO Certified Lead Assessor.

Bring up phase 2 of buildings 2 & 3 at Merced site, responsible for all operations within Merced California. Phase in all regulatory requirement ( CDFA) as needed for building 2 & 3. Prepair Zymex for ISO 9000 Cerifcation.

Lead operations and strategic direction with full responsibility for bottom-line factors, including long-range planning and supplier management. Direct all operations from land clearing to final build. Provided project management and quarterly budgets for build schedules of 10 to 15 homes per year. In addition, we manage Seabreeze Development & Management lease operations.
