I started working at the age of 14 years old helping my uncle do electrical work in the summer. Then, after couple of years went by, I progressed to doing HVAC work while in school at the age of 16 . I worked 40 plus hours a week doing this, and loved it. I became proficient at this. I also studied construction trades in high school. I went to the school competitions skills USA and placed second in the state. After high school, I went straight to doing civil construction. I started as a laborer and quickly rose the ladder. I became a operator within 6 months of employment. I operated for a couple of years and then became a construction foreman for MID-Atlantic. I then made a move to work a little less hours and be closer to home with my family. I worked at Pipeline Utilities for 5 years as an foreman. I managed contracts, cost, and schedules of projects. At this time in my construction experience I didn’t just won’t to be a foreman, but a superintendent to broaden my horizons and learn new things . I moved to Muter construction as a superintendent. I now learn new things and strengthen my skills.
