- Balance post-production needs of day-of and future operations with the availability of 1,400+ cast members in fast-paced environment using CDS, GEMS, and SharePoint software- Communicate to cast members scheduling policies in accordance with company union agreement and CA state and federal labor laws- Collaborate with attraction, guest control, and special event leads as well as other scheduling departments regarding shifts with highest staffing priorities and fill open shifts as necessary- Facilitate communication between leads and upper management teams via multi-channel radio systems regarding cast member call outs, manager check-ins, staffing requirements, and other critical operation information - Review daily opening and closing procedure checklists to ensure they are in compliance with ride manufacturer guidelines as well as DOSH federal guidelines before uploading to digital library- Process shift trades with attention to detail of location, date, time, and cast member attraction knowledge while verifying double-back needs are met- Interdepartmental point of contact for onboarding, training, production scheduling, special events, transitional duty, and leave administration teams- Create monthly birthday cards, birthday board art, home team board art, and years of service poster as well as other requested location flyers for cast members and management team using MS Office Suite- Order, receive, and deliver supplies to areas as needed
