I have over 18 years of work experience in operations, logistics, and entrepreneurship. My core competencies include managing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and enhancing customer experience. I am passionate about creating value for my clients and partners, and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges. In my previous role as an Operations and Logistics Manager at Roadrunner Express, I was responsible for overseeing the transportation of oil rig equipment across the lower 48 states of America. I worked with a team of drivers, dispatchers, and clients to ensure timely and safe deliveries, and to handle any issues or emergencies that arose. I also implemented change initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. Some of the skills that I used and developed in this role include customer service, communication, problem-solving, KPI's and data analysis. I left Roadrunner Express in March 2020 after six years of service due to Covid and pandemic.
