* Oversee real estate,field operations and process performance for 300+ field locations, with lease action type processes including renewal, relocation, reconfiguration, space expansion, new and close locations.* Control a budget of $15M, manage a staff of real estate analysts, and oversee coordination of real estate relocations and openings of branch offices * Manage real estate leases, process improvements, financial reporting, project planning and execution, and… Show more * Oversee real estate,field operations and process performance for 300+ field locations, with lease action type processes including renewal, relocation, reconfiguration, space expansion, new and close locations.* Control a budget of $15M, manage a staff of real estate analysts, and oversee coordination of real estate relocations and openings of branch offices * Manage real estate leases, process improvements, financial reporting, project planning and execution, and internal/external customer relationships; evaluate lease financial terms and conduct negotiations. * Direct the movement of entire infrastructure and assets including IT voice/data, furniture, floor plans and construction; lead strategic meetings to plan, coordinate and ensure the success of each project. * Perform transaction management for proposal offers/counter proposals; ensure contractual compliance and submission of lease documents to legal counsel; and manage architecture of branch offices.* Communicate effectively with brokers, property owner and managers, field partners, legal counsel, and financial department to ensure alignment with corporate operational goals and objectives. * Translate business and technical requirements to appropriate decision makers and field personnel as subject matter expert; proven experience and education in financial analysis and data management. * Prepare budget, cost analysis and reporting, and ensure timely and accurate corporate submissions. * Supervise, train, mentor, and develop staff including real estate analysts and support team; collaborate with senior management and HR to execute recruiting and hiring decisions. * Establish operational standards and policies to ensure compliance and continuous process improvement to lease action evaluation and execution. * Successfully renegotiated lease terms over the past several years that resulted in $1M+ in cost savings.
