Current2019-20 RI Preschool Development Grant – with Abt Associates - business analyst- co-authored successful bid for 3 components of the Rhode Island Preschool Development Grant (PDG)- authored Strategic Plan to integrate RI’s early childhood data into an Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS)- analyzed, repaired, and extended the functionality of RI’s ECEDS system which supports the coordination of early childhood care and education efforts across the state’s-- worked on the family needs assessments piece of the Strategic Plan.2014-16 Worked to create a RI Early Childhood Research Consortium that would bring a much needed resource to all aspects of early childhood programs and policy in the state, providing research design and evaluation services, technical assistance, and a cross-discipline, innovation approach to improving the outcomes for young RI children.2012-15 Project Coordinator for ReadyRI, a multi disciplinary project to help coordinate RI resources for early childhood to create a system where policy is based on a collaborative, informed process and services are centered around parents and children and their requirements. Our goal is to give the children of RI the best opportunity to be healthy and succeed in school and life.
