Morrison Hershfield: As the Department Manager of our Bay Area Building Specialty Services (Building Enclosure) office I am responsible for project management, project delivery, internal training, and business development. Morrison Hershfield's technical approach to the building envelope allows us to provide solutions tailored to each individual project. We avoid a one-size fits all approach to our consulting and focus on providing our clients with options and information so that the team can make informed decisions. We are a organization that spans North America and we can draw on external resources to ensure quick responses and appropriate resources to enable project teams to hit their project goals.Katerra: I lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop cost, time, and schedule efficient innovations for the Katerra Building Products. This requires working on teams within our factory, manufacturing, and product development organizations. As part of this I develop factory work instructions to facilitate in factory installations of exterior vertical enclosure elements and participated in writing the QC documentation.Prefabrication is the future, but it is a whole team paradigm shift.As a Building Technology Engineer I have experience with all aspects of the building envelope, the part of the building that keeps the weather out. I have lead both new design projects and investigations and retrofits of existing structures.
