David is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Goldstar Equities.Prior to founding Goldstar Equities David was a Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Silverstein Properties. David was a member of the company’s Management Committee and Investment Committee.In such capacity David directed the company’s property acquisitions, new business development and capital markets related initiatives. With experience across a broad range of acquisitions, development, project finance, and capital markets, David has managed transactions in excess of $5 billion throughout the capital stack across all property types in the United States and Europe.Prior to joining Silverstein in 2013, David led the overseas real estate investments portfolio for Israel’s largest insurance company, Migdal. He was responsible for the acquisition of commercial real estate across Europe and the United States valued at more than $1 billion.
