In my current position with RE/MAX Results, I direct all sales negotiations and investor relationships in identify key property locations to meet the project goals of developers and owners. I manage a team of three assistants and marketing personnel in listing properties and handling all administrative services. My role includes identifying potential tenants for current properties including retail, office, and commercial spaces. I analyze property locations and market conditions to provide client multiple options and project scenarios. My background consists of working on both residential and commercial projects to meet financing and regulatory requirements. Additionally, I work directly with national account companies to identify premier locations for retail, hospitality, and educational institutions.
