Senior Marketing Manager - Sky Brand & Content
Manage the planning, coordination and execution of brand campaigns & content across multiple channels that aims to acquire and retain customers, deliver a positive customer experience, improve engagement and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI) for both the TAB & Sky brands.Responsibilities:Marcomms• Manage the development and delivery of the Sky Brand & Marketing Strategy • Manage the design and production of content and creative assets for Sky including advertising, print, video, collateral, presentations and original content.• Protect the brand’s reputation, and ensure tone of voice to customers is represented correctly in market in relation to the broader brand strategy.• Conduct comprehensive post implementation reviews of all campaigns working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure there is continuous improvement.• Manage a team of Marketing Executives/Coordinators, focusing on employee recognition, performance and development building passion, collaboration and engagement. • Develop and manage appropriate budget(s), reporting and financial forecasting processes.Content• Develop & Manage the content strategy for the TAB and Sky brands• Manage a team of Content Managers & Coordinators• Manage content for delivery across social channels, TAB and Sky owned media as well as external content platforms such as YouTube • Collaborate, manage and work closely with external agency partners including but not limited to TAB and Sky’s main creative agencyDigital• Manage content for delivery across SKY digital products including the SKY Racing website & OTT platform SKY Racing Active.• Manage a team of Digital Content Producers & Digital Content Coordinators• Conduct comprehensive reporting of customer acquisition & retention, content performance & engagement metrics across both platforms.• Collaborate with product & technology teams to ensure peak platform performance.
