Working as the client, responsible for the verification & completions of systems in order of project specific priorities. Ensure that the project scope is separated into systems that are defined to support ease of commissioning and develop systems and sub-system list in order of priority. Set priorities for system turnover that allows for the safe commissioning of systems while the construction completes and turns over the remaining systems. Representing mechanical completions walk downs, for piping, static & rotating items of equipment. Prior to handover from construction to commence pre-commissioning activities.Confirmation of pre-commissioning completion.Reviewing commissioning procedures, identifying short falls within the commissioning plan.Supporting & verification of dynamic commissioning procedures.Reviewing mechanical completions documentation, prior to signing. Monitor and coordinate teams across the project performing commissioning activities, including contractor teams. Ensure that the commissioning execution plan includes the materials, special tools, and specialist engineering and vendor support for safe, productive commissioning. Monitor and coordinate timely and correct resolution of commissioning punch list items. Provide accurate reporting on status including identification of issues or concerns, which may influence project delivery. Prepare handover packages from Project to Operation and collect handover certificates.

Commenced on the project as a commissioning engineer and promoted later on to off shore commissioning lead. Commissioning engineers will focus on EPC1 and 2 systems completions with emphasis on brownfield tie-ins and pipeline pre commissioning. Ensuring that EPC contractors is adequately planning pre-commissioning activities and exacuting completions work as per contract. Facilitates interfaces between EPC1 & 2 contractors and Zadco operations, including support for permits to work and safe pre-commissioning work practices..Will transfer to EPC2 project following conclusion of EPC1 project. Assist EPC1 contractors with developing system completion plans and ensure that these plans are meeting the intent of the project specifications with regard to engineering deliverables during detailed design phase. Key member in the PMT review and approval process for the systems completion plan, with primary focus on EPC1 contractors completing brownfield completions activities.Review & comment on contractor drafted pre-commissioning & commissioning procedures.Support systems completions data base lead to ensure that completion testing & verification for interfaces and tie-ins are included in the testing regime are completed in a safe and timely manner.Act as first line systems completions issues interface with EPC contractor.ZADCO's mandate was to develop the Upper Zakum fieldZAKUM Development Company (ZADCO) have embarked upon an Upper Zakum Field Development (UZFD) program which is aimed at achieving a target oil production plateau rate of 750 MBD from the UZ field and to sustain this production target for at least 25 years.To achieve the above objective, four new islands - Central Island, North Island, South Island and West Island will be constructed.
