In my role, I oversee all aspects of the organisation, including driving the sport’s commercial growth, expanding grassroots participation, and supporting England teams across all levels—from age-grade development to senior squads. My focus is on creating a sustainable structure that supports players, coaches, and the wider community while raising the sport’s profile nationally.As cofounder and Chief Commercial Officer of Suji, a leading sports technology company, I spearheaded the company’s growth, securing partnerships with over 50% of major US sports franchises and collaborating with top UK sports organisations.
