Head of Operations (manufacturing / supply chain) for Medtronic product development teams.I am the program leader and highest point of accountability for cross functional product development teams with a strategic focus on developing manufacturing/supply chain systems and products that maximize profit and outcomes for the entire value stream (suppliers, Medtronic, and our customers).Accountable for:- Creation, integration, and execution of a global program plan and innovative strategies to achieve business results and positive outcomes for all stakeholders (internal and external to Medtronic) while balancing constraints from many sources- identifying, developing, and implementing repeatable "standard work" within the program I am assigned to and as a "best practice" for all Medtronic programs with a goal of driving consistent results and increasing the predictability of product/process development outcomes (program spend, product LBM, execution, value stream profit, etc)- Identifying, coaching, mentoring, and overall development of Medtronic talent. Being part of a company that directly impacts and saves people's lives every day, this is one of the most energizing parts of my job. I approach this responsibility seriously with a high amount of pride and passion for my role in developing junior Medtronic talent to strengthen the company and ultimately increase the value we deliver to our customers and patients
