Scope of work included Eglin AFB and its Test & Training Complex, the Aerospace Vehicle Survivability and Landing Gear Test Facilities at Wright Patterson AFB, and the National Radar Cross-Section Test Facility at Holloman AFB.• Compiled performance metrics across all scope areas to rate the contractor during the semi-annual Award Fee Review Period. My team briefed our findings to the Brigadier General of Eglin AFB and the Fee-Determining Official who determined the Award Fee amount.• Oversaw day-to-day operations by approving/disapproving directives and purchase orders. This oversight ensured that work remained in scope and within budget. • Evaluated improvements that the O&M contractor contributed to the ranges/facilities within the scope of work. Metrics such as of cost savings, data-collection efficiency, and contribution to the mission were weighed to factor into the score. • Gained an overwhelming appreciation for the military and its culture.
