David Marx is many things: Father, husband, speaker, mentor, designer and avant-gardist with a penchant for minimalism and a strong orientation towards the idea of progress, which is characterized by particular radicalism towards existing aesthetic and culinary norms.He loves to (re-) invent, design and stage edibles and drinkables. For this he founded his own playground a good 12 years ago with the Berlin-based foodlab called The Science Kitchen. With the globally acclaimed and multi-award-winning reinvention of the classice ice cream popsicle (see Dreampops.com), he quickly made the leap to the international stage, where he today helps major brands to translate their ideas into future-proof products. In addition to the Foodlab, which now also has a home in Singapore, he successfully runs a vegan popsicle production in the US, several ice cream boutiques in China and a dessert bar in Colombo. In addition, he is currently developing his first luxury, alcohol free spirit, a new dining experience called „picnic on Mars“ and his first watch brand called MARX.David Marx is therefore many things and yet the same in everything: Lovingly, passionated, creative, innovativ and always driven by the new possibilities that present themselves to him.
