Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality legal candidates.- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other talent acquisition tools to identify and engage potential candidates.- Network and maintain relationships within the legal community to stay ahead of industry trends and gain access to a diverse talent pool.- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skill evaluations.- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique hiring needs, requirements, and company culture.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and closing.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.- Continuously refine and optimize recruitment strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
