Initiated new administrative and operational procedures, developed and implemented a detailed marketing and business plan, redesigned all financial, distribution, and human resource functions, upgraded the computer system to an ERP system, and implemented an aggressive new business development program. Result was to increase revenues by 40%, with a corresponding increase in pre-tax profits from 200% within 5 years.

Created the financial framework and reorganized all administrative and accounting functions, purchased and installed updated computer software, developed new banking relationships, reduced 3 lines of credit combining them into one credit line, and negotiated new interest rates saving 20% in annual interest charges, .
