Responsibilities cover- Support a sales organization in 8 market units (AU, ID, SG, PH, MY, TH, VN, KR, PK) - Central order processing function, from received customer purchase orders to ordered demand on 3 internal factories (China, Europe, US) or third party regional/local vendor. - Both distributor and direct sales of products and projects to end customers.- S&OP process owner.- 3PL warehouses in 6 countries, including a regional hub in Singapore- Manage freight forwarders, both regional and corporate awarded- Regional and local procurement- Drive projects, both internal and multi department.- Plan and develop supply chain towards best practice and cost- Set targets, review and manage direct reports - Main staff and organization based in Manila, local staff in Kuala Lumpur, Shenzhen and Sydney.

Responsible to process, confirm, acknowledge and interface all inter-company export purchase on the China organization supplied from 3 factories in the mid and southern China region. Collect, compile and analyze main products forecasts. Provide logistical solutions, administration of pricelists and coordination with both regional and global product/sales functions. Internally provide and confirm financial estimates and figures for monthly, annual budget and planning purposes. 2010 staffing was 5 local employees. Within the Asia Pacific organization from May 2009 responsible for product demand planning and inventory control, 2 direct reports in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and 2 direct reports in Manila, Philippines.

Responsible to receive process and acknowledge all purchase orders both internal and external placed on the European factory. First line interface for customer requests and claims. Regular meetings with main customers to measure review and improve current delivery procedures and processes. Staffing varied from 6 to 17 direct reporting depending on sales volume and organization.

Responsible for the logistic setup and operations of Climate and Housing sales, both domestic and export from received contract until installed product including forecasting and supply from vendors both local and international. 1997 SAP ERP system was implemented; I headed Housing & Climate’s SAP team, responsible for system setup, approval and implementation.
