I live in Billericay with my wife Donna and have had a real passion for property from an early age. My father was a well known respected builder and I enjoyed working with him from an early age. My first job was a Saturday position working for Robert Dyas in Brentwood High Street from the age of 15 to the age if 18. This was extremely valuable in my development, confidence and understanding of customers.It was here at the the age of 18 I was approached by the area manager of Bairstow Eves to work as a sales negotiator.So my estate agency career started in 1996 working at Bairstow Eves in Billericay working with a great team of people. I was delighted to be offered such a great opportunity at such an early age. This is where I meant on to win many prestigious awards for the company and was so often sales person of the month for the whole area. My enthusiasm grew for property and I underwent an extensive training course as was promoted quickly to a senior negotiator. At 20 years of age I was head hunted by Black Horse agencies Taylor and Co ( which then became Bradford and Bingley Taylor & co) to work at their Billericay branch. From here aged 23, I was promoted to assistant branch manager and was delighted to be selected for the Managers of the future courses in Daventry. When I was 25 I was promoted again to the senior branch manager, I had a great team and we had good fun and delivered fantastic results for the company. The top results included number 3 in the UK for top performing branches ( out of 1100 shops) Also land and new homes office of the year, 3 years in a row for Countrywide Land & New HomesAt the age of 30 (2007) I ended my career with Taylors and decided to set up my very own estate agency in Billericay which is called "The Property Specialists". It is the best thing I have ever achieved, I enjoy the buzz of selling and renting property and thrill of running my own business and I have a great team of people who work for me.
