• Supervised 10 IT resources across multiple disciplines, responsible for supporting the Meter Reading, Service Orders, Finance and Cash functional areas in the Customer Experience (CE) organization.
• Customer focused role with daily client interaction from CE, Meter Operations, Revenue Services and Remittance, committed to resolving current issues with core Meter-to-Cash business processes, as well as moving the.
• Project Track Manager on Customer Service Integration Project, responsible for the integration of 42 interfacing partner systems to the upgraded Customer Service System. Managed a large team tasked with the design.

• Supply Chain Product Center
• Managed the Supply Chain Product Center, reporting to the IT Director of Application Development.
• Responsible for the operating budget and IT resources supporting the Material Information Management System (MIMS), EDI, Frictionless software and all other supply chain applications.
• Worked closely with the Business Control Group, made up of client management representing Purchasing, Inventory and Accounts Payable, to deliver business solutions within the allocated budget.
• Team Lead with responsibilities including the implementation and maintenance of NU’s ERP (MIMS).

• Project Lead for large database conversion effort, migrating legacy COBOL/CICS systems from IDMS to DB2.
• Maintained the project schedule, determined business process through IT application staff and user group interviews, and performed logical / physical data modeling using ERwin.

• Cinergy Power, Cincinnati, Ohio
• Supported installation and maintenance of Indus’ Enterprise Asset Management products at client’s site.
• Supported Work Management and Supply Chain systems running on large mainframes using MVS, COBOL, CICS and DB2, with a Visual Basic front end. Implementations also required conversion of legacy systems into product.

• Passport Infrastructure Team, Management Information and Budgeting System
• One of two Database Administrators tasked with the support of a CICS/COBOL/DB2 vendor package.
• Managed the implementation, maintenance and performance of highly integrated applications, spanning 3 DB2 subsystems, 15 databases and 17 CICS regions. Configuration management was a key factor, using Endevor and REXX.
• Team lead of Technical Architecture group, responsible for providing system support for on-line budgeting system developed in Natural 2/Adabase. Coordinated nightly batch cycles with on-call responsibilities.
• Participated in problem solving and PL/1 programming, working with VSAM and an IMS database. First exposure to Panvelet, TSO/SPF, Easytrieve, SAS, ACF2, RMDS, and the creating of microfiche.
