Having worked in the Motor trade straight from school i progressed from a parts assistant up to Manager in 5 years. This led me into looking after the Kerridge system at CD Bramall becoming the Group system administrator. It was after doing this role that i then Joined Kerridge in 2003 where i worked in various roles for 15 years. With my significant Kerridge experience i then joined Arnold Clark in January 2018 as a Kerridge Technical specialist where i have overall responsibility for the Aftersales area of Autoline (MS,SM,PC,SO,WSL,SC,CS, links to MK,SL,NL,PL,DD,AK) for @ 170 sites. This involves all 3rd line technical support as well as daily maintenance of the Parts Stock audit reports across 3 environments. (Main 160 sites, MB 5 sites & BMW 5 sites). I am also responsible for the addition/change of any Franchises (setup and postings) and the creation of any new Aftersales companies on the environments.In 2022 i added the new role of RPA Engineer, writing & supporting processes that run in Autoline. Such as Parts Verification, Used Vehicle Creation, Vehicle Invoicing, Vehicle Purchasing, ICT'ing of Vehicles, Creation of Nominal codes (in 170 branches), Accepting Vehicle ICT's and Creating Vehicle posting tables (170 branches) All of which are running multiple times daily giving us at Arnold Clark a significant increase in efficiency. This is an up and coming addition to my skill set.
