I have worked for Iowa Auto Damage Appraisers for nineteen years; on January 1st 2015 I took a leap of faith and purchased the business. This decision was not hard because I truly believe in what we are doing. We have seven appraisers four are based out of the Des Moines office and other three are working from their home offices in western Iowa and Northeast Nebraska. We cover a very large area and if need we can move an appraiser or appraisers to other locations to help. When inspecting and appraising vehicles we are in most cases the only person that the insured or claimant sees that represents the insurance company. With this in mind, handling all claims with fairness and integrity, exercising the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct are vital.
