I am deeply passionate about utilizing data to inform effective, efficient, and equitable economic development policies. I earned my BS in Economics from Clemson University with a minor in accounting and MS in Applied Economics from Southern New Hampshire University. I have spent my professional career specializing in empirical regional economics and econometrics for advising economic development policy and strategic spatial planning. Presently, I hold the role of Economist and Research Manager at the South Carolina Department of Commerce, where I am privileged to lead an exceptionally talented and diverse team of experts dedicated to driving impactful change and fostering sustainable economic growth in my home state.
