I am a globally-minded student of History with experience abroad in Japan, where I served with a nonprofit organization. I ran team meetings, planned events, and filed detailed paperwork with the Japanese government to acquire new member visas. I am currently the chair of my school's chapter of the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature. I teach new members how to interact in a mock legislature, including parliamentary procedure, bill writing and presentation, and other aspects of the bill process. I have aspirations to study International Law so that I can be equipped to craft policy and legislation that will benefit our nation and the relationships with our allies.
