o Manage a team of software developers with divergent skillsets, but primarily Java EE (JSF, JPA, and JAX-RS), Spring, JavaScripto Work closely with Product Manager and lead architect to provide input on long term product roadmap; prioritize tickets in weekly sprints and assign specific developers to each ticket/projecto Ensure each team member is set up for success by removing barriers, handling escalations, and conducting regular performance reviewso Provide oversight and technical leadership/direction on large software implementation projects that involve integration between Strata Health’s software suite and customer EHRs such as Epic and Cernero Liaise directly with new and existing customers to design system integrations and agree on technical specifications

o Gather technical requirements for web-based software to address the needs of new customerso Map & analyze existing business processes of customers and determine how our software can best meet their needso Act as project leader/coordinator to ensure multiple teams from both Strata and customer organizations work together and achieve a successful go-live
