As an accomplished and professional Project Manager and Senior Account Manager, I have delivered key technical work packages and complex outsourcing processes for clients. I have held various roles where I have successfully taken on additional responsibility, managed staff, clients and projects.  I have delivered projects on time, within budget and to specification where I have handled detailed and complex process and technical requirements.  I am confident working with suppliers and mapping processes while also managing staff across different disciplines and locations.  I have conducted feasibility studies and analysis as well as coached, managed and trained staff.   I have operated successfully as a Project Manager where I have been responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team providing services and integration of in-house systems for a range of high profile clients.  I have worked closely with clients to evaluate and understand their requirements as part of scoping projects before the onboarding process and managing the relationship.  Throughout my career I have devised processes and workflow documentation as part of implementing key projects where I have worked with the Scottish Government, NHs, Royal Mail, Local Authorities, Royal London and Alliance Trust.I utilise my strong interpersonal and communication skills to build, manage, and maintain excellent relationships with senior management, colleagues, clients, and suppliers.  I enjoy a challenge where I believe I would be a valuable addition to any team.
