Selected by Senior Management of Niscayah Inc, to assist with the project management of a $30 million dollar electronic security enhancement conversion project of two large national company’s electronic security systems.• Designed and implemented project tools, included but not limited to a proposal generator and a project management tool utilizing MS Excel and VBA code to manage a multi-state, multi-level project which included proposal generation and all operations required electronic forms to execute the security enhancement project.• Responsible for the design and implementation of a weekly customer dashboard to report the projects' progress throughout its lifetime.
