I am incredibly passionate and highly skilled at supporting individuals who are autistic, neurodiverse, and/or with secondary mental health disorders in community, academic, and employability sectors. Furthermore, I am highly experienced in delivering the highest quality of CPD accredited training in each of the pre-mentioned areas and more to organisations and groups of all sizes in-house and/or via online video platforms! Qualifications [all through Queen's University Belfast - QUB] include: BSc. Psychology; MA. Early Childhood Development; PG.Dip. Autism Spectrum; and I am a current PhD researcher investigating 'Autism Behaviours during and throughout the process of Bereavement'.Current Experience: QUB and Ulster University Disability Needs Assessor; QUB Autism and Mental Health Tutor; Founder and Director of both Brothers autism social enterprise [non-profit] CIC and Brothers training programmes; also Cedar Foundation Communication Officer [part-time]Additional note: >15 years experience working and directly supporting individuals with autism and co-morbid neurodiverse disabilities, and secondary mental health conditions/disorders, including depression, anxiety, isolation, low self-belief, and self-harming behaviours.
