- Responsible for the leadership, financial management and strategic growth of a small business in the wine wholesaler’s industry. Manage 5 FTEs with an annual budget of $300k and oversee13 markets in Texas, New Jersey.
- Managed inventory tracking and logistics with over $500k in wine. Evaluated deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve costs. Successfully met all price points with given taxes, shipping, and duty.
- Developed partnerships with over 13 markets throughout the United States with over 400+ sales representatives. Successfully had 3 partnerships with wineries in Italy with 5 base wines and sold over 20,000 cases of wine.
- Created and maintained relationship with a distributor in Texas and implemented brand promotions including in store wine tastings. Results: sold over 8,000 cases of Villa Puccini Pinot Grigio and Tuscan Red by 2018.
- Licensed out Villa Puccini brand to national markets in 2018. Results: wine sold currently in over 40 markets.
