Put together and directed a team of professionals that successfully amended the property entitlements on multiple land parcel, ultimately providing for millions in additional asset value. • Negotiated and executed leases for over 150,000 sf, adding significant income and ultimately sale value for the bank.• Significantly reduced portfolio operational expenses through meticulous real estate tax assessment analysis and successful value challenges. • Negotiated and managed over 20 REO asset sales valued at roughly $350 mil. Developed and maintained a strong network of investors and brokers throughout the region during this period. • Provided valuation, contract negotiation and due diligence support for numerous note sale transactions, including 5 retail and 2 office assets totaling over $100 mil in value.

Three of the sites were ultimately developed, with the other shelved due to the market downturn.• Led a team in successfully rezoning a 25 acre land parcel in Broward County in the face of fierce neighborhood opposition. The City stated this was the toughest rezoning battle they had ever experienced.• Secured site approval and negotiated leases with two national, big box retailers for the Broward County site. • Site planned, prepared development analyses, and helped secure tenants for three community center developments totaling over $50 mil.
