In this position I worked hand-in-hand with the owner/operator to cast the vision, establish goals, and carry-out/coordinate daily operations of the business. In addition, I was responsible for the scheduling of all team members, the development of the team, the development of the business, and the development of future leadership within the organization. On top of that, I was responsible for making financial decisions. This role required me to find a fine balance between managing relationships, managing inventory, establishing and uphold expectations, developing systems that promoted success, and staying in-tune with the financial results of the organizations. Because of that, complete ownership and responsibility for the team was necessary to be successful in this role.

I held this position throughout college in preparation for LDP. I was responsible for supporting the previous LDPs as they carried out leading the restaurant. Responsibilities were as follows: leading shifts, managing inventory, assisting with scheduling, assisting with team development, assisting with culture development, and on boarding new employees.
