In this position I worked hand-in-hand with the owner/operator to cast the vision, establish goals, and carry-out/coordinate daily operations of the business. In addition, I was responsible for the scheduling of all team members, the development of the team, the development of the business, and the development of future leadership within the organization. On top of that, I was responsible for making financial decisions.
