Supervised construction of tilt up buildings ranging from 400,000 sq. ft. up to 1 millionsq. ft. including T.I. with elevators, truck wash, and truck scale installed along withinfrastructure and public works. Coordinated all subcontractors and crews in excess of100 men through out the project.

Inspected installation of sewer and water lines, storm drains, all street improvements, citysidewalks, curb and gutter.

Supervised construction of 300,000 sq. ft. Trader Joe's Corp. headquarters office.Coordinated and scheduled all subcontractors and inspections.

Supervised crews in the remodeling and new store build out of Vons, Lucky, Sav-OnPharmacy, and Rite-Aid stores. Work included replacing check stands, all fixtures, newsignage, flooring, deli's and meat department. Installed new refrigeration units, newpharmacies, photo shop and bakeries. Coordinated subcontractors and all inspectionsincluding city, county and health department.
